Scope2Plan is designed for professional delivery teams. This notice explains what data the product processes and how retention works across Generate and Control.
What we process
When you upload or paste a Statement of Work, the text is processed to extract structure and generate delivery documents. Uploaded source files are not kept after text extraction on the request path.
If you continue a project into Control, structured project data may be stored on the server for collaboration, depending on your environment configuration.
Browser storage
Organisation profiles, content standards, and some Generate workspace state may remain in this browser (localStorage or sessionStorage). You can clear browser-stored Scope2Plan data from Organisation settings.
Your choices
Use Generate without signing in where your deployment allows it. Signed-in workspaces follow your organisation retention settings. Contact your administrator for export, deletion, or access requests.
